Zhejiang Babei Textile Co., Ltd. is a weaver jointly invested by Babei Group Ltd. and Art Touch Investment (H.K.) Co., Ltd, with total investment of USD15,800,000.00. We work mainly on the designing, producing and sales of high end yarn-dyed silk jacquard fabrics for bedding, drapery and upholstery. Besides regular pure silk jacquard fabrics and silk mixed fabrics, we also produce polyester fire retardant fabrics for contract business and the newly licensed multi-functional Bella-Dura fabric with extremely good performances designated for outdoor furniture and other commercial use.

We have installed more than 70 most sophisticated Dornier and Sulzer looms with different hooks Staubli jacquard machines which enable us to produce a variety of jacquard fabrics with different design repeats and constructions (86 ends/inch, 173 ends/inch, 203 ends/inch, 244 ends/inch and 300 ends/cm). We have also installed Dobby looms for weaving plain fabric or fabric with small repeats. We are able to produce different widths including 140cm, 150cm, 280cm and 300cm which are suitable for different cutting ways. Babei Group Ltd. owns one yarn-dyeing mill with Noseda dyeing facilities and one fabric finishing mill which can enhance our control on the whole process of production.

We have invested heavily on adopting the ERP computerized management system specially designed for Babei Group Ltd. by Newbrand Software Co., Ltd. The system carries out the task of scientific management which coordinates and supervises all flows in production and operation, and this will not only improve our working efficiency and reduce the chances of mistake-making, but also it will provide good conditions for operating the whole company at high efficiency.
